1. Use two 9/16˝ Wrenches to remove the Bolt and Nut securing the Tow
Hitch to the Pallet (Figure 3).
2. Use a 1/2" Wrench to remove the four Lag Screws securing the Support
Brackets to the Pallet (Figure 4).
3. Push the Lift Handle back towards the engine (Figure 2).
4. Use Pliers to remove the outside Cotter Pins and Washers on the Axle and
remove the Support Brackets from the Axle (Figure 5).
Note: Set the Cotter Pins and Washers aside. You will need them when
assembling the machine.
5. Position the Wheels onto the Axle against the Washers and Cotter Pins that
were left on the Axle (Figure 6).
6. Secure the Wheels with the Washers and Cotter Pins that were previously
removed and bend the Cotter Pins with Pliers.
7. Pull the Lift Handle Forward to lower the wheels (Figure 2 on page7).
8. Get help from another person to roll the Tiller from the Pallet.
