Attaching the Brush Bars to the Deck
Tools Needed:
• Two 5/16 in Wrenches
1. Install Brush bars onto each side of Machine (Figure 13).
2. There is a "left" and a "right" brush bar. Before starting installation, it is
recommended to orient and place each part next to each corner of deck.
3. Starting on one side of machine, install first Brush Bar by loosely securing it
to the Front Mounting surface of the Deck using Two 5/16-18 X 2.5 in
Flanged Bolts PN: 385981 and Two Flanged Locknuts
PN: 333321 (Figure 13).
4. Loosely secure Brush Bar to Side Mounting surface of Deck with Two 5/16-
18 X 1.75 in Flanged bolts PN: 385991 and Two Flanged Locknuts PN:
333321 (Figure 13).
5. Once Brush Bar is oriented, use Two 5/16 in Wrenches to tighten all Four
Mounting hardware locations.
6. Repeat steps 2-4 on remaining Brush Bar on opposite corner of Machine.
