• Make sure the cables are securely
connected.
• Check for a defective sensor.

A non-Masimo compatible

connected to a monitor that is
configured for Masimo.
• Replace with a Masimo-compatible
sensor.
• Contact the biomedical personnel
(SpO

compatibility is a locked option).
Duplicate Device
Connected
A MultiMed pod (with SpO
2
sensor) and an Infinity Masimo
SET pod are connected
simultaneously.
Disconnect the duplicate device.
