If your Dreame Vacuum Cleaner robot cannot connect to Wi-Fi, there might be an issue with the Wi-Fi connection. Try resetting the Wi-Fi and downloading the latest version of the Dreamehome app, then try reconnecting. Also, ensure that the location permission on the Dreamehome app is enabled, the robot is in an area with good Wi-Fi coverage, it is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (5GHz is not supported), and that you've entered the correct Wi-Fi username and password.
