Problem Solutions
No water in the
clean water tank
1. Please check whether the water supply is cut o and the main water valve is open at home.
2. Please check whether the water pipes on the back of the base station are installed correctly.
3. Please check whether the main unit and the base station are properly connected.
4. Please check whether the controller assembly is properly connected.
5. Please check whether the solenoid valve connector of the controller assembly is correctly connected to the base station.
If the issue persists, please contact the after-sales service team.
Abnormal pumping
of the used water
tank
1. Please take out the washboard or washboard lter, check whether there are blockages and clean it.
2. Please check whether the sealing rings of the water tank connectors are correctly installed.
3. Please check whether the sealing cover of the main unit is installed in place, as the internal sealing is required for used water
drainage.
4. Please check whether the used water pipe is inserted to the connector end.
5. Please check whether the one-way valve assembly is installed correctly and the used water pipes are rmly inserted.
6. Check whether the seal on the used water tank is loose or not correctly installed, and manually reset it if so.
