Installation Steps

Marking Center Lines and Wall Profiles

Locate and mark center lines on threshold and walls. Center the bottoms of Wall Profiles on the center line.

Drilling and Anchoring Wall Profiles

Level Wall Profiles, mark holes, drill and insert Wall Anchors. Drill pilot holes for studs if present.

Installing Wall Profiles and Bumpers

Apply silicone to Wall Profiles, install with screws. Install Bottom and upper Bumpers using specific screws.

Cutting and Fitting Bottom Profile

Measure distance between Wall Profiles and cut Bottom Profile to size. Remove burrs after cutting.

Cutting and Fitting Guide Rail

Measure distance between walls and cut Guide Rail to size. Remove burrs after cutting. Secure with screws.

Attaching Roller Wheels to Doors

Install Roller Wheels at the center of door glass slots. Secure them using Wheel Bolts.

Positioning Glass Doors

Place Inside Door Glass first, then Outside Door Glass in the shower opening. Protect glass edges.

Installing Outside Door Glass

Install the Outside Door Glass from outside. Face Roller Wheels outward and lift into the Guide Rail.

Installing Inside Door Glass

From inside, lift the Inside Door Glass into the Guide Rail with Roller Wheels inward. Slide doors to one side.

Adjusting Roller Wheels for Alignment

Adjust Roller Wheels to align door glass edges with wall profiles for leak prevention.

Installing the Center Guide

Place Center Guide on Bottom Profile, snap it down, and move to the center beneath door glass. Secure with screw.

Installing Handles and Brackets

Install Pull Handle on Inside Door Glass. Install Towel Bar Bracket on Outside Door Glass and secure to Towel Bar.

Installing Towel Bar Bracket (Opposite Side)

Install Towel Bar Bracket on the opposite side of the Outside Door Glass at the same height as the other bracket.

Installing Anti-Jump Inserts

Move doors to side. Apply silicone to Anti-Jump Inserts and snap into position at the end of the Top Guide Rail.

Final Silicone Sealing

Apply silicone to the interior perimeter of the shower door. Allow 24 hours for curing before use.

Wipe acrylic back walls after each use with a soft cloth. Use non-abrasive sprays or cream cleaners.

Cleaning Glass Surfaces

Wipe glass with a soft cloth after each use. Rinse and wipe to prevent buildup and water spots.

Cleaning Hardware Finishes

Wipe all metal parts with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Rinse and dry after cleaning.

Inspect unit stability, screws, door operation, glass edges, and silicone for maintenance.
