1. Overlay top leg (A) with pre-assembled pin (F) over
corresponding holes in the middle of the bottom
leg (B) Hammer the pin (F) into bottom leg and
making sure that it’s flush with the top leg.
2. Place lock washer (D) onto bolt (E) and install from
the bottom side of the base into bottom of
post (C).
3. Snap the hook (G) over the top end of post (C) until
the snap pins pop through the two holes in the tube
portion of the hook.
Turn the screw type lock collar (H) to lock and unlock
the top post. Hold the top post with one hand while
working the lock collar with the other hand.
The lock collar must be screwed tighter to hold heavier
hook loads.
