What to do if my Drive Mountway Neptune Toilet lift Medical Equipment toilet lift does not move and there is no sound from the motor?

If your Drive Medical Equipment toilet lift isn't moving and the motor is silent, the battery may be flat. Try charging the battery pack. Also, ensure the battery pack is correctly inserted into the compartment at the front of the lift, applying gentle pressure to fully secure it. Check that the hand control/arm cable is connected to the socket on the rear left side of the toilet lift.
