SETTING UP YOUR DCT2i
Note: Before setting up your DCT2i, ensure that you remove the legs and Anti-Tamper Guard from the
polyfoam insert in the bottom of the box.

ATTACH LEGS
Carefully place your DCT2i
on its side. Thread all 4 legs
into the holes shown and
tighten using a 21mm spanner.
Pick up and place the DCT2i
on its feet. Caution: do not
operate without all legs
secured.
Take time to wipe down
your DCT2i with a damp
cloth to ensure it is ready for
toasting.

Position the Crumb Tray into
the mounting rails beneath
the Conveyor Belt. Caution:
Failure to do so could cause
the appliance to overheat.
Position the Bread and Toast
Ramps as shown above.
Note: Once the Bread
Ramp has been positioned,
it cannot be moved. Dualit
recommend having a basket
underneath the Toast Ramp
to catch toasted items.
Caution: The surfaces of the DCT2i will get
extremely hot during operation. Ensure to touch
only the dials when in use, as risk of scalding. Do
not place items on top of the DCT2i, in particular
plastic such as bread bags that could melt.

Place the DCT2i on an open
level surface. Ensure that it is
positioned 100cm away from
any overhanging cupboards
or ceilings.
Ensure the DCT2i is positioned
at least 50cm clear from walls.
For best results use away from
drafts. Warning: do not use
near water sources.

SETTING UP YOUR DCT2i
Caution: ensure all packaging
material is removed from the
DCT2i. Remember to keep
it until you are satised that
everything is present and
functional.
Do not store or use your
DCT2i next to curtains or
ammable material. A re
may occur if incorrectly
positioned.

NEVER COVER
THE VENTS
Never cover the vents on
the sides of the DCT2i. This
will prevent necessary air
ow and could cause a re.
Ensure your DCT2i is not
stored in an appliance garage
or underneath cupboards.
Overheating may occur if
the appliance is not correctly
positioned. Risk of re.
