10. TransportingandStorage
WARNINGWhentransportingthetiller,turnthefuelvalveOFFandkeepthetillerleveltopreventfuelspillage.Fuel
vapororspilledfuelmaybeignited.
Beforestoringtheunitforanextendedperiod,followbelowsteps.
1 Besurethestorageareaisfreeofexcessivehumidityanddust.
2 Dr
ainthefuel.
WARNINGGasolineishighlyflammableandexplosiveundercertainconditions.Donotsmokeorallowflamesor
sparksinthearea.
1) WiththefuelvalveturnedOFF,removeandemptythefuelstrainercup.
2) TurnthefuelvalveONanddrainthegasolineinthefueltankintoasuit
ablecontainer.
3) Replacethefuelstrainercupandtightensecurely.
4) Drainthecarburetorbylooseningthedrainknob.Drainthegasolineintoasuitablecontainer.
3 Pullthestartergripuntilresistanceisfelt.Continuepullinguntilthenotchonthestarterpulleralignswiththe
holeonthere
coilstarter.
Atthispoint,theintakeandexhaustvalvesareclosedandthiswillhelptoprotecttheenginefrominternalcorrosion.
4 Changeengineoil.
5 Covertillerwithplasticsheet.
Donotplacethetillerwiththehandlebarsontheground.Itwillcausetheoilenteringthecylinderorthefuelspillage.

11.1 Enginefailureandtroubleshooting
Failure Possible Causes Solution
Can not be
started
No enough fuel Check fuel level in the fuel tank
Fuel valve is OFF Open the fuel valve
Engine switch is OFF Turn the engine switch ON
Carburetor is blocked
Loosen the drain knob with the fuel valve ON.
Fuel can flow out freely and then retighten
drain knob
