If you cannot avoid using the RapidFinish
device
in
a damp
environment,
use
a
residual
current
operated
circuit-
breaker
(or
RCD)
to
reduce the risk
of
electric shock.
Before
commencing
work,
ensure
the
electrical
socket to
be
used is
suitably
protected
by
a circuit breaker,
or
fuse.
Exposed and unused
electrical
sockets
in the
work
area
must
be masked before
spraying. There is the ri
sk
of an
electric
shock
if
sprayed
material
enters
an
electrical
socket.
If
working
outdoors
with
the RapidFinish
device, only use
an
extension cable
that
is
su
itable
for
outdoor
use and in good
work
ing condition. Using a su itable
extension lead reduces the risk of
an
electric
shock
.

Remain attentive at
all
times
when
using the RapidFinish device.
Do
not
use the
tool
if you are
tired
or
under
the influen
ce
of drugs,
alcohol
or
medication. Any lapse in
concentration
while
using t
he
device can lead to
serious
injuries.
Always
wear
personal
protective
equipment
when
using the Rapid Finish
device, including safety goggles.
Depending
on
the type of
power
tool
being used,
wearing
personal
protective
equipment such
as
a dust mask,
non-slip
safety shoes, hard hat and ear protection
reduces the
risk
of injury.
Avoid
starti
ng
up the RapidFinish device
accidentally. Make
sure
that
the
tool
is switched
off
before connecting
it
to the
power
supply, picking it up
or
carrying
it. Placing
your
finger
on the
power
switch
wh ile
carrying
the device,
or
connecting the device to a
power
supply
which
it is already
sw
itched
on
increases
the
risk
of
an
accident.
Avoid
an
unnatural
posture when using
the Rapid Finish device. Make sure that
you are standing with you r feet
firmly
on
the ground and have you r balance
at
all
times. This will e
na
ble you to
better
control
the tool in any
unexpected situation.
Always
wear
suitable clothing when
operating the RapidFinish device.
Contain long
hair
a
nd
avoid loose
clothing
or
Jewellery. Loose clothing,
jewellery
or
long
hair
can
be
caught in
moving
parts,
resulting
in
injur
y.

not

people
with
restricted
physical,
sensory
or
mental
abilities
or
who
ha
ve
little
experience
or
knowledge about
spray painting.

USE
AND
CARE
Do
not overload the
power
tool. Always
use a
tool
that
has been designed
for
the
work
that
you are
do
ing. Using
power
tools
for
anything
other
than the
intend
ed
purpose
ca
n lead to accidents.
Do not use the RapidFinish device if t
he
switch
is defective. A device
that
cannot
be
switched
on
or
off
is
dangerous and
must
be
repaired before it can
be
used.
Remove the power plug
from
the
electrical
socket before changi
ng
RapidFinish device settings, adding
or
removing accessories,
or
putting
