PREPARING
THE
COATING
MATERIAL

The spray
attachment
provided
with
the Rapid Finish device can
be
used to spray paints
and
varnishes
that
are
undiluted
or
slightly
diluted.
Detailed
information
regarding
which
paints
and
varnishes
are suitable
for
spraying
is available
from
the coating
manufacturer.
You
should
consult
with
your
coatings
manufacturer
as to
whether
its
products
are
suitable
for
use in the Rapid Finish device.
To
prepare
the coating
material
for
spraying:
1.
Stir
the
material
and put the required
amount
into the paint container
[figure
1,
item 10]
2.
If the
flow
rate is too low,
dilute
the sprayed
material
with
an
appropriate
thinning agent
starting
with
5%,
gradually
increasing to
10%
until
the
flow
rate
meets
your
requirements.
