7. SET UP
Before connecting the device to the mains suppl y,
check that the supply voltage is identical to the
va lue on the rating plate.
To set up the Rapid Finish device for operat ion:
1. Unscrew the contain er from the spray gun.
2. Set the contain er on a sheet of paper and pour
in the prepared coating material.
3. Align the suction tube inside the container (figure 21
according to the location of the target object.
If the device
will be ti lt ed downwards (for example,
when spraying objects placed
on the ground). turn
the suction tube fo r wards (fi gure 2A ).
If the device will be t ilt ed upwards (for example,
when spraying
objects overhead). turn the suction
'tube
rearwards (fi gure 2B1. ..
If the suction tube is positioned correctly, the
container contents can be sprayed out wit h
very
little residue remaining.
4. Screw the contain er tightly on to the spray gun.
5. Connect the front part with the rear part of the spray gun (figure 31.
