Should your unit require service after the warranty period has expired, please contact the Consumer

Do not return the unit to the retailer.
Out-of-Warranty replacement service is available for a nominal cost plus shipping and handling, using the
following procedure:
1. Contact the Consumer Service center to obtain an out-of-warranty replacement cost.
2. Carefully pack the product (preferably in the original package) and ship it by prepaid transportation
along with the replacement cost to the Consumer Service address listed below.
3. Please include your name, a return UPS shipping address (P.O. box not acceptable), and a daytime
phone number with your shipment.
4. Upon receipt and review, an equal new or renewed product will be returned to you.
5. Durabrand will pay the return shipping charges if the product is returned to an address within the U.S.A.
