What to do if my DuraLabel Pro 200 Barcode Reader is out of label or ribbon, or the printer setting is not correct?

  If your DuraLabel Barcode Reader indicates it's out of labels or ribbon, or if the printer setting is incorrect, try the following: * If the problem is 'Out of label or ribbon', load a new roll of labels following the instructions in Loading the Paper, then press the feed button to resume printing. * If the problem is 'Out of label or ribbon', load a new roll of ribbon following the instructions in Loading the Ribbon, then press the feed button to resume printing. * If the problem is 'Printer setting is not correct', initialize the printer by following the instructions in 'Power on Utility'.

  If your DuraLabel Barcode Reader has no power, check the following: * Turn on the power switch. * See if the green LED is lit on the power supply. If it's not lit, the power supply is likely broken. * Check the power connections from the power cord to the power supply and from the power supply to the printer power jack.
