The exposure time depends on your position and how close you are to the
light source. The nearer your face is to the light, the shorter the exposure
time. You can use your “Daylight” whilst engaging in other activities, such as
reading, writing, making telephone calls or working etc. Make sure however
that you are always close enough to the light.

The additional light obtained from the “Daylight” during the darkest seasons
increases the amount of total light to which you are exposed, which should
have positive effects on your mood and general wellbeing.
Treat yourself to your “Daylight” light therapy whenever you feel like it,
although we recommend usage earlier rather than later in the day to closer
simulate natural daylight.
Contraindication:
1. Suffer(ed) from severe depression;
2. Hypersensitive to light (e.g. diabetics and epileptics);
3. Have eye complaints;
4. Specicmedication(i.e.certainantidepressants,psychotropic
drugs or malaria tablets);
5. Have high blood pressure
