      If the unloader leaks constantly when your DV Systems Air Compressor unit is not operating, the disc inside the tank check valve is not seating properly, allowing compressed air to escape. Clean or replace the check valve as required.

      Excessive noise in your DV Systems Air Compressor can stem from several causes. Start by tightening any loose belt guards, flywheels, or motor pulleys. Inspect the valves in the cylinder head to ensure they are seated correctly and re-torque as necessary. If the noise occurs during start-up, tighten the belts until no slippage is apparent. Make sure the unit is mounted level, using vibration pads. Use the correct DV Systems oil and check that the level is correct. Clean any carbon or foreign material from the piston head and check cylinder walls for scoring.
