Why does my Dyna-Glo RMC-KFA45DGP-01 ignite then shut off with error code E1?
    • T
      Timothy WaltersAug 9, 2025
If your Dyna-Glo Heater ignites but shuts off shortly after, and the indicator lamp flickers displaying 'E1', several issues could be the cause. It might be due to incorrect pump pressure, or blockages in the air output, air intake, or lint filter. A dirty fuel filter or nozzle could also be responsible. Other potential causes include a dirty photocell lens, improper installation of the photocell assembly, a faulty electrical connection between the photocell and the main PCB assembly, or a defective photocell.

How to fix a Dyna-Glo RMC-KFA45DGP-01 Heater when the fan won't turn on?
    • M
      Matthew QuinnAug 26, 2025
If the fan on your Dyna-Glo Heater isn't working when plugged in and switched on, it might be because the thermostat setting is too low. Try turning the thermostat control knob to a higher setting. Another possibility is a bad electrical connection between the motor and the MAIN PCB assembly; in that case you should check the electrical connections.
