SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
IMPORTANT: This owner's guide should be read and kept safe for later
reference. Important safety and installation instructions for our MPPT Solar
PCU are mentioned in this owner's guide. Read all instructions and warning
markings on or provided with the MPPT Solar PCU and all appropriate sections
of this guide before using the MPPT Solar PCU. Safety precautions must be
taken during installation, use, and maintenance. An electric shock or fire risk
may come from improper Installation or use. There are no consumable
components in this unit.
• Never disconnect the battery cables while the PCU is delivering power or the
battery charger is operating.
• To reduce the risk of injury, use only a deep cycle lead-acid battery.
• Kindly ensure the AC output is not connected to the AC input mains.
• Avoid letting rain, snow, splash, or bilge water touch the MPPT Solar PCU. Only
indoor use is permitted for this MPPT Solar PCU.
• Do not disassemble the MPPT Solar PCU set up. Even when all power is turned
off, internal capacitors are still charged.
• Before doing any maintenance, cleaning, or repairs on circuits linked to the
MPPT Solar PCU, disconnect the AC and DC power.
• Do not use faulty or damaged wiring when operating the MPPT Solar PCU.
Verify that all wiring is adequate and in good condition.
