To troubleshoot a Eastwood Welding System that won't power up, first, ensure it's plugged into the correct power supply (a grounded 240 Volt AC, 50 Amp or a grounded 120 Volt AC, 20 Amp supply). Then, check and reset any tripped breakers at the facility power source or on the welder's rear panel. Also, confirm the power switch is fully ON. If the duty cycle has been exceeded, allow the welder to cool for at least 15 minutes before trying again.
