EasyFold PRO Warranty
The purchaser of this product is entitled to a limited warranty as offered by EasyFold on the
following components and timeframes:
FRAME 3 years
REAR MOTOR 1 year
BATTERY 6 months
JOYSTICK & CPU SYSTEM 1 year
RUBBER TIRES 90 days
ARMREST PADDING 90 days
JOYSTICK BUTTON COVERS 90 days
JOYSTICK CONTROL KNOB 90 days
Soft Goods 30 days
(i.e.seat cushion, backrest padding, and storage bag)
Please notify us immediately if you are having trouble with your EasyFold PRO, or if the wheelchair
has stopped functioning completely. We will provide technical assistance to help you troubleshoot
the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue through technical support, we will ship you any required
replacement parts still under warranty. We will notify you if a part needed to fix the issue is no longer
covered under warranty.
Replacement parts will be shipped out through courier.
Due to its innovative design, most warranty parts can be easily replaced by the customer, a family
member, relative or friend using the tool kit that comes with your chair.
The customer is responsible for any fees or charges (both labour and/or service) occurring from
having replacement parts interchanged on the EasyFold PRO. Each EasyFold PRO comes with a
tool kit. Most replacement parts can easily be swapped out using the tool kit by the EasyFold
customer, or their friend or family members.
The warranty does not cover:
Products damaged by user negligence.
Products damaged accidentally.
Products damaged intentionally.
Products that have been subjected to negligence.
Products that have been subjected to abuse.
Products that have been improperly stored.
Products that have been improperly handled.
Products that have been improperly operated.
Products that have experienced general misuse.
Products that have been modified in an unauthorized, unapproved way.
Warranty is non-transferrable and only valid for the original wheelchair purchaser. EasyFold will, at
its sole discretion, replace any warrantable item that fails within the warranty period.
