PREPARAZIONE ED ISPEZIONE
CONTROLLI FUNZIONALI GIORNALIERI
Una volta completata I'ispezione visiva, si deve eseguire un
controllo funzionale di tutti i sistemi in un'area libera da os-
truzioni aeree e al suolo.
Per primi usare i comandi a terra e controllare tutte le funzioni
dipendenti da questi comandi. Successivamente usare i co-
mandi sul cesto per controllare tutte le funzioni comandate da
quella postazione.
Sollevare ed abbassare i bracci. Controllare che il fun1
zionamento sia corretto e senza intoppi.
Sollevare, estendere, ritirare ed abbassare i bracci. Con-2
trollare che il funzionamento sia regolare e senza intoppi.
Muovere la funzione telescopica del braccio, da rientrato a3
esteso e viceversa per alcuni cicli a gradi diversi di esten-
sione. Controllare che il funzionamento telescopico sia cor-
retto e senza intoppi.
Fare ruotare la torretta a sinistra e a destra di minimo 454
gradi. Controllare che il movimento avvenga senza intoppi.
Controllare che il sistema di autolivellamento del cesto fun-5
zioni correttamente durante la salita e la discesa del brac-
cio.
Comandi a terra. Ruotare l’interruttore generale a chiave6
in posizione OFF (spento). Nessun comando deve risultare
funzionante. Non devono funzionare nemmeno i comandi
sul cesto.

DAILY WORKING CHECKS
Once the visual inspection has been completed, it is neces-
sary to do a working check of all the systems in an area free
of ground and aerial obstructions.
First use the ground controls and check all the functions oper-
ated by these controls. Then use the controls on the cage to
check all the functions operated from this position.
Lower and raise the booms of the machine. Check that the1
operation is correct and without obstacles.
Raise, extend, retract and lower the booms. Check that the2
operation is normal and without obstructions.
Extend the telescopic boom so that it moves from the re-3
tracted position to the extended position and vice versa a
number of times with different lengths of extension. Check
that the telescopic mechanism works correctly and without
obstruction.
Rotate the turntable to the left and then the right by a min-4
imum of 45°. Check that the rotation occurs without ob-
struction.
Check that the cage automatic levelling system works cor-5
rectly during raising and lowering of the boom.
Ground controls: Rotate the general key switch to the OFF6
position. None of the controls should be enabled, not even
the controls in the cage.
ATTENZIONE
Per evitare gravi lesioni, non far funzionare la
macchina se uno qualsiasi dei comandi che la azio-
nano non ritorna in posizione di disattivazione o di
folle, quando rilasciato.
To avoid serious injuries, do not operate the ma-
chine if any one of the controls that operate it
does not return to its off or neutral position when
released.
ATTENZIONE
Per evitare collisioni e ferimenti se la macchina non
si arresta quando si rilascia un comando, rimuovere
iI piede dall'interruttore a pedale, se presente, o usare
il pulsante di emergenza per arrestare la macchina.
To avoid collisions and injuries if the machine
does not stop when a control is released, remove
the foot from the pedal switch, if present, or use
the emergency stop button to stop the machine.
Eseguire prima i controlli dei comandi a terra e
successivamente quelli dei comandi del cesto.
Carry out the checks on the ground controls first
and then the cage controls.
Quando il braccio è sollevato dalla posizione di
riposo, la macchina NON deve traslare.
Quando il braccio è sollevato dalla posizione di
