Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly, check if you can fi x the problem yourself fi rst. If
these steps do not solve the problem, contact our customer service.
Do not try to repair an electrical device yourself!
Problem Possible cause Remedying
The device is not
working.
The adapter is not properly
plugged into the socket.
The adapter is not fi tted
correctly.
The coaxial power connector
is not fi tted correctly in the
connection socket (12) on the
device.
Correct the fi tting of the
coaxial power connector.
The socket is defective. Try another outlet.
There is no mains voltage.
Check the fuse of the mains
connection.
The
(20 resp. 24) button
was not engaged.
Press the button to turn
on the device.
The fuse in the fuse
box is triggered.
Too many devices connected
to the same circuit.
Reduce the number of
devices in the circuit.
The air is not cold.
The lamella insert (5) is too
dry. / The water tank (10) is
empty.
Fill the water tank.
No steam emits from
the steam outlet (1).
The water tank is empty. Fill the water tank.
The remote control
does not work.
The batteries are fl at. Change the batteries.
There are obstructions be-
tween the remote control and
the sensor (18) in the device
(control panel).
Remove any obstructions or
aim the remote control at the
sensor in the device from a
different position.
There is too much distance
between the remote control
and the device.
Close the distance.
During use, an un-
pleasant odour can
be detected.
The device is used for the
fi rst time.
There is production residue
in / on the device. This is
normal and will not occur any
more later on. Make sure the
room is well ventilated!
