Plug in both the power cord and safety key to begin exercising.

To secure a smart device to the tablet holder
on the console, flip over the bottom tablet
holder and pull up on the upper tablet holder
to fix the device.
This will prevent slippage during exercise and
secure the device to the treadmill.
