NOTE
• For practice, while cutting a small tree, push the
front guard forward to engage the brake.
• At all times, confirm whether the brake works
properly before each task.
• If the chain brake is clogged with wood chips,
function of the brake deteriorates a little. Always
keep the device clean.
• Do not increase engine revolutions while the chain
brake is engaged.
• Chain brake is used in emergencies. Do not use it
unless absolutely necessary.
• When using throttle latch at starting, keep the chain
brake in position. And after starting the engine,
release the brake immediately.
• Never test the brake in an area where petrol fumes
are present.

• Zur Übung: Beim Fällen eines kleinen Baums den
Kettenbremshebel nach vorn schieben, um die
Bremse festzustellen.
• Vor jedem Arbeitsgang sicherstellen, dass die
Kettenbremse richtig funktioniert.
• Wenn die Kettenbremse mit Holzspänen verstopft
ist, wird ihre Funktionsweise beeinträchtigt. Die
Kettenbremse stets sauber halten.
• Die Motordrehzahl nicht bei festgestellter
Kettenbremse erhöhen.
• Die Kettenbremse nur dann benutzen, wenn es
unumgänglich ist.
• Wenn Sie beim Anlassen den Halbgasknopf
benutzen, lassen Sie die Kettenbremse
eingeschaltet (ON). Sobald der Motor anspringt,
Bremse freigeben.
• Die Bremse nicht in einem Bereich testen, wo sich

NOTA
• Para practicar, mientras corta un árbol pequeño

• Nunca pruebe el freno en una zona en la que haya
gases o vapores de gasolina.
