5. Make it sure engagement of rewind spring and
rope reel by turning rope reel (F) clockwise and
counterclockwise.
7. Install cam plate meeting hole (N) of cam plate
with hook (J) of power spring.
6. Install power spring meeting end (K) of power
spring with hollow (H) of rope reel.
