MAINTENANCE
Cleaning Battery and Battery Compartment
Risk of electric shock or re. Do not use conducting materials
to clean battery or battery compartment.
1. Depress battery latch release
and slide battery out of battery
compartment.
2. Use compressed air or a soft bristle
brush to remove debris from battery
and battery compartment (J).

Guide Bar
1. Clean before using.
2. Clean the groove (L) of the guide
bar with a small screwdriver.
3. Clean oil holes (M) with a wire.
4. Invert guide bar periodically.
5. Clean the guide bar mount area
before installing the guide bar.
