What to do if my Echo GT-200R - 07-07 engine cranks but doesn't start?

  If your Echo Trimmer engine cranks but doesn't start, several issues could be the cause. It might be due to no fuel at the carburetor, which requires you to clean or replace it. Alternatively, the problem could stem from a wet muffler, in which case you should open the choke, clean or replace the air filter, adjust the carburetor, or seek assistance from your Echo dealer. Another potential cause is no spark, which may be resolved by turning the switch to the ON position. If there's still no spark, try adjusting to .65mm (0.026in.), cleaning or replacing components, or replacing the plug.

Why does my Echo Trimmer engine run, but die or not accelerate properly?

  If your Echo Trimmer runs but dies or doesn't accelerate properly, several factors could be responsible. A dirty air filter, fuel filter, or plugged fuel vent can cause these issues; clean or replace these components as needed. A dirty or worn spark plug could also be the culprit, so clean, adjust, or replace it. Improper carburetor adjustment, a dirty or plugged cooling system, or a plugged spark arrestor screen are other possibilities; adjust or clean/replace these parts accordingly.
