Why is there a low flow rate with my Eco-Flo Water Pump?

The inlet hose could be clogged; clean or replace it. If the hose collapsed due to inlet line suction on a flat surface, use a quality, heavy-duty, thick-walled hose on the suction side and notch the end of the inlet line. If the impeller, body, and end cover are worn, or the impeller blades are missing or charred, or the shaft doesn't turn the impeller, replace the pump. If air is leaking at the seal or O-ring, tighten the screws on the front cover plate or disassemble, clean, and lubricate all components and seals, replacing the pump if the O-ring or shaft seal is damaged.
