CLD 780 TR / July 2000 137
W-06: “Inlet pressure O3 too low“
(only applies to Options 1 or 2)
This warning message indicates that the pressure at the ozone generator
inlet is below 700 mbar.
Check the oxygen or dry air supply, as appropriate, and the inlet filter.
W-07: “No Calibration since Startup”
Every time the CLD 780 TR is switched on this warning appears to remind
the user to calibrate the instrument. This warning can only be cleared
manually by pressing the SYS key - not, however, by performing a calibra-
tion.
W-08: “Temperature drift! Calibrate Zero and NO!”
The instrument temperature differs by more than 10 °C from that during
the last calibration. A new calibration should be made.
W-09: “Zero point drift! Calibrate Zero!“
(only applies to CONT mode)
This warning indicates that during AIC (see section 5.2.2.7.3 window
(58)) the pre-chamber measurement differs from the last zero-point meas-
urement by more than -5 % (see section 5.2.2.7.3 window (51)). A new
calibration should be made.
W-10: “Zero air is not pure!“
(only applies to CONT mode)
If during the Zero-point evaluation (see section 5.2.2.7.3 window (51))
the pre-chamber and main chamber values differ by more than the ex-
pected noise, then the zero-air is not sufficiently clean.
W-11: “Increase Cal Gas Conc. for better
λ
“
During an NO calibration or AIC the main chamber signal is less than
20‘000 counts higher than the pre-chamber signal. If possible use calibra-
tion gas with a higher concentration of NO (see section 5.2.2.7.3 window
(54)).
