CLD 780 TR / July 2000 140
Controller board (LONOX V2.8)
(see Fig.10.2)
Terminal
TP 1, 2, 4: Digital ground
TP 3: Counts, PMT pulse input signal
TP 5: RxD of RS232
TP 6: Sampling window
TP 7: Ozone generator fail signal
TP 8: Signal not used
TP 9: PLC temperature
TP 10: Signal not used
TP 11: Vcc = 5.1 VDC, ± 2 %
High ozone generator fail signal means that the device is disabled or is
working incorrectly.
Check signal on terminal 3 and 9 with an oscilloscope.
Interface board (IFNOX (TR) V2.1)
(see Fig. 10.3)
Terminal
TP 1: AGND, Analog ground of the three potential free analog
output channels
TP 2: VCC, Vcc = 5.1 VCD, ± 2 %;digital supply
TP 3: VDD, +15 VDC ± 5 %; supply of the three potential free
analog output channels
TP 4: GND; digital ground
Ozone generator board (HEPOZO V3.0)
(see Fig. 10.4)
Terminal
TP 1: GND, ground of the ozone generator
TP 2: 44 – 54 V, adjustable working voltage of the discharge
capacitor; determines the ozone generator high voltage.
When the ozone generator is switched off the standby
voltage is between 15 – 24 V. On older versions of
HEPOZO boards (V1.x and V2.x): working voltage 12 –
14 V; standby voltage 0 V.
TP 3: Square wave frequency 2.4 kHz, 10x working frequency
of the ozone generator high voltage
TP 4: VDD, +5 VDC ± 5 %; supply voltage produced on the
board
TP 5: Voltage on the ozone generator plate
