Water leakage from your Ecoair Dehumidifier can occur due to several reasons: the dehumidifier might be on an uneven surface (ensure it is on a flat surface, using a spirit level to check, and replace the tank correctly), the filter could be clogged (clean or replace it), the water tank might be damaged (remove the water tank, fill with water and place on a hard even surface to test for leakage), or the continuous drainage hose might be clogged or loose (check the continuous drainage hose and its connection).
