Why is my Ecoair Dehumidifier not collecting water?

Several reasons may explain why your Ecoair Dehumidifier isn't collecting water. It could be that the set humidity level has already been reached, in which case you should readjust the humidity settings. The room might be too cold or too dry for the current settings; try readjusting the humidity setting or increasing the room temperature. A dusty filter could also be the problem, so clean or replace it. Ensure the unit is set up correctly according to the 'Quick Start Up' guide. Finally, the room temperature might be too hot or too cold; ventilate by opening a window or door, or increase the heat in the room.
