Why is my Ecoair DD1 Simple not collecting water?

If your Ecoair Dehumidifier is not collecting water, it could be due to several reasons. First, your target humidity settings might have been reached, which is normal. Second, the room may be too cold or dry for the current settings; readjust the humidity setting or increase the room temperature. Third, a dusty filter can hinder water collection, so clean or replace it.
