If a fault occurs, the light will change to red and start ashing. Avatar is able
to detect in which element a fault has occurred and will indicate this in the
control panel:

Fault in the dryer
1. The machine does not turn on
There is a problem with the power source or the hose.
Check the cables are securely connected and ensure the hose is correctly con-
nected to the “INLET” and “OUTLET” points and that the cold water tap is turned
on. Then unplug and plug in the Avatar supply cable.

Unplug Avatar and restart it after 3 minutes; if the blue light comes on when
restarted then the equipment is working correctly; if the ashing red light co-
mes on, contact your dealer
3. There is no smell of ozone on the clothes
1.- Check that you have chosen the appropriate ozone level.
2.- If the problem persists, there may be a fault in the ozone generator.
4. Water does not ow out through the outlet or comes out intermittently
There may be a limescale build up or water residue obstructing the Avatar ducts.
Change the hose so that it connects the water tube to the Avatar “OUTLET” and
the extraction (or outlet) hose to the "INLET" and direct it to a bucket. Then open
the tap and let water ow through the Avatar for one or two minutes.
By circulating the water in Avatar in the opposite direction to the usual direction
of the circuit, the aim is to dislodge anything that may be creating an obstruc-
tion. Contact your dealer if the problem persists.
5. The clothes have been bleached
Check that you have chosen the appropriate ozone level.
6. Lather is left behind after the rst few uses
Detergent residues are being removed from your clothes and/or washing ma-
chine. This can take several washes depending on the amount of residue that
remains in the clothing bres and/or washing machine.
7. Avatar emits a continuous beeping sound and the LED panel does not light up
.
If Avatar emits a continuous beeping sound and the LED panel does not light up
on startup, excessive pressure may be causing the machine to be out of service.
This problem is external to Avatar and is not due to a machine malfunction. The
solution is to install a pressure regulator on the AVATAR inlet. To ensure opti-
mum performance, the static pressure should not exceed 3.5 bar.
In the hypothetical case that the static pressure is exceeded, a pressure regula-
tor must be installed on the AVATAR water inlet.
