Do stubborn stains need to be pre-treated?
We recommend that you treat stains exactly as you have always done. Using
the Avatar, stubborn stains must be treated in the same way as before. For
everyday dirty clothes, using Avatar will allow you to use less detergent or
none at all.
Does Avatar work with all types of water?
Avatar works with all water qualities that reach homes via the mains water
supply, but the better the water quality (less lime, for example) the better the
results. If you have hard water, we recommend you use a water softener and/
or a pre-lter for chlorine. It cannot be used with salt water.
Does Avatar work with industrial washing machines
No, Avatar is designed to work ideally in washing machines up to 8 kg, and can
work up to a maximum of 12 kg. We have a specic model designed for higher
capacity washing machines and industrial systems.
Is it possible to drink water extracted from Avatar?
Avatar water cannot be drunk or ingested.
The water treated by Avatar must be used only for cleaning, disinfecting,
degreasing and deodorizing, and can be applied to dishes, oors and surfaces,
windows and glass, bathrooms, among other surfaces; as well as utensils and
tools, both at professional and domestic level. It can also be used to wash
clothes with washing machines that take up to 12 kg.
