Fortransport,thebalewrapperisinstalledonawoodenpallet
andsecuredagainstmovingduringtransport.Thebalewrap‐
perisintendedforstaonaryworkonafarm.Ifthebalewrap‐
peristransportedonpublicroadscoupledtothethree‐point
suspension
systemofthetractor,thehydraulicsystemofthe
wrappermustbefilledwithgearoilandclosedtoensurethe
lockingoftherotangframeinthetransportposion,seeFig.
8.

Beforedrivingontheroad,itisnecessaryto:
 inserttheretainingpinintothevercalbeamofthemain
frametoprotectthelowerframeagainstlngback‐
wards,
 puttherotangframeofthewrapperinthetransport
posion,
 putthetransportcover
atthebackofthewrapper;install
awarningsignwithredandwhitestripeswitharedwarn‐
inglightandatriangularsigninthebracketsonthecover,
 disconnectthehydraulichosesofthehydraulicsystemof
thetractor.

Installaon
Beforeaachingthebalewrapper
tothetractor,the
followingaconsmustbetaken:

 removetheagriculturalhitchfromthetractor,
 backthetractortoalignitwiththebalewrapper,
 bothendsofthepush‐pullrodswiththeball‐and‐
socketjointsofthetractorshouldbemovedontotwo
lower
boltsandsecurethemwithcoerpins.
 adjustthelengthoftheupperconnectorofthetractor
andconnectitsendwiththehitchbracketonthemain
frameofthebalewrapperusingtheconnectorboltand
protectitwithacoerpin,
 inserttheplugs
ofthequickdisconnectcouplingsofthe
hydraulichosesintothevalvesocketsofthetractorhy‐
draulicsystem(Fig.9),

 aachtheendofthebackframelockinglineataconven‐
ientplaceinthetractorcab,
 unlocktherotangframe,
 placethebale‐wrappingcounteratavisibleplaceinthe
tractorcab.Connecttheelectriccabletothecounter.

withtheengineoffandthekeymustbe
takenoutoftheignionlock.

Useonlytheoriginalandtestedcoer
pinstosecurethebolts.Itisforbidden
touseotherprotecons,suchas
screws,rodsetc.
