UnloadingWrappedBalesandFilmCung
Aerabalehasbeenwrapped,thewrappershouldbestopped
whenthegreyrollerisbehindthemachineand
oneshould
thenpullthelinefromthedrivercab‐thiswillunlockthelow‐
erframewiththerotangframeandthewrappedbale.Next,
lithewrapperupwardsonthethree‐pointsuspensionsystem
ofthetractor.
Thelowerframewiththerotangframeandthe
balewilllt
forwardsandthewrappedbalewillbeunloadedbythewhite
rollertoitsstorageplace.Thewrappingfilmwillbetensioned
overthewrapperrollers.
Thewrappershouldbeloweredtothehorizontalposionand
thelowerframeshouldbelockedbyreleasingtheline
from
thedrivercab.
Thespringintheleversystemshouldcausethebolttomove
automacallyandlockthelowerframe.
Next,returntotheinialposionofthewrapperasdescribed
above.
Thenextbaleshouldbeloadedonthewrapperrollers(onthe
filmfromthepreviousbalestretchedoverthem).
Aerturningonthedrive,thesupportbracketwithroller
kniveswillcutthefilmoffthepreviousbaleandthewrapping
ofthenextbalewillbestartedatthesamemewithout
aachingthefilmmanually.
Thebalesshouldbeunloadedonadryandsmoothsurfaceso
thatthefilmdoesnotbecomedamaged.
