Theengineofthetractor,whichpowersthewrapper,should
operateat1500rpm.Overapprox.1minutes,theframero‐
tates9mes,duringthisme,thebaleshouldbewrapped
withonelay er‐itisrecommendedthatbalesshouldbe
wrappedwithtwolayersof18
wrapsaltogether(overapprox.
2min),whichensuredghtproteconagainstairandwater
(for20”Filmuse26wraps).

UnloadingWrappedBalesandFilmCung

Aerabalehasbeenwrapped,thewrappershouldbestopped
whenthegreyrollerisbehindthemachineand
oneshould
thenpullthelinefromthedrivercab‐thiswillunlockthelow‐
erframewiththerotangframeandthewrappedbale.Next,
lithewrapperupwardsonthethree‐pointsuspensionsystem
ofthetractor.

Thelowerframewiththerotangframeandthe
balewilllt
forwardsandthewrappedbalewillbeunloadedbythewhite
rollertoitsstorageplace.Thewrappingfilmwillbetensioned
overthewrapperrollers.

Thewrappershouldbeloweredtothehorizontalposionand
thelowerframeshouldbelockedbyreleasingtheline
from
thedrivercab.

Thespringintheleversystemshouldcausethebolttomove
automacallyandlockthelowerframe.

Next,returntotheinialposionofthewrapperasdescribed
above.

Thenextbaleshouldbeloadedonthewrapperrollers(onthe

filmfromthepreviousbalestretchedoverthem).

Aerturningonthedrive,thesupportbracketwithroller
kniveswillcutthefilmoffthepreviousbaleandthewrapping
ofthenextbalewillbestartedatthesamemewithout
aachingthefilmmanually.

Thebalesshouldbeunloadedonadryandsmoothsurfaceso
thatthefilmdoesnotbecomedamaged.















