thetransportlockpinandrearframelt.Pulltheline
fromthetractorcabinsothatthelockingpinreleases
thelockofthelowerframeandnextlithewrapperon
the
tractorsuspensionupwardsandthelowerframe
withtherotangframeltedbackwards.Thechain
fixedtothemainframebracketslimitstheltrange.
Thelockingpinshouldprotectthelowerframeagainst
lngaerreleasingthelineandloweringthewrapper
tothehorizontal
posion.Beforestarngthehydraulic
installaonofthebalewrapper,exercisespecialcauon
(awarningsound)andmakesurethattheturntable
movestothele‐inaccordancewiththelabelonthe
frame(direconofrotaons).Therotangframeand
rollersshouldrotate
smoothly.

FilmInstallaon

Aerlngthesupportbracketwithrubberroller,arollwith
specialbale‐wrappingself‐adhesivefilmisinstalledontothe
feederbolt.Aerinstallaon,therollmustbesecuredwiththe
handlefromthetopandpressed(Fig.11).Theends
ofthefilm
mustbepulledthroughbothrollstowardsthebalebeing
wrapped.Aerthefilmisinstalled,therubberrollshouldad‐
hereaccura telyandevenlytothefilmrollalongtheenre
length.Inthecaseofinaccuracies‐thefilmshouldbeadjusted
by
bendingtherod,onwhichthefilmisinstalled.

Arolloffilmshouldbeplacedonthelowerconicalboltinthe
followingsequence:

 ltthebrac ketwithrollers,
 unscrewtheupperbolt.pressingthefilmupwardsusing
thelever,
 settheheightofthelowerpinusingadjustmentopenings
andthescrew,dependingon
thewidthoftheroll(500mm
or750mm),
 placethefilmrollon thelowerconicalbolt,
 presstherollbyturningtheupperboltwiththelever,
whichwillallowforkeepingtherollinastablevercal
posion,
 theendofthefilmshould
bepulledthroughtherollersin
accordancewiththediagramplacedontherollercover
(Fig.11a)andpulloutjustenoughtobeabletoholdit
withahandfreely.









