      If your ECOVACS ROBOTICS Vacuum Cleaner isn't charging, first ensure it's switched ON. Then, check that the robot's Charging Contacts are properly connected to the Docking Station Pins. If the battery is completely discharged, try reactivating it by switching ON the DEEBOT, placing it on the Docking Station for 3 minutes, removing it, and repeating this process three times before charging normally.

      If your ECOVACS ROBOTICS Vacuum Cleaner does not clean automatically at the scheduled time, ensure the Time Scheduling function is programmed correctly using the ECOVACS App. Also, make sure the DEEBOT is switched ON and connected to the Docking Station to maintain a full battery. Check for blockages in the Suction Intake or debris in its components; if found, power OFF the DEEBOT and clean the Dust Bin, Suction Intake, Side Brushes, and Main Brush.

      If your ECOVACS ROBOTICS Vacuum Cleaner gets stuck while working and stops, it may be tangled with something on the floor, such as electrical wires, curtains, or carpet fringing. The DEEBOT will attempt to free itself. If it remains stuck, manually remove the obstacles and restart the device.
