      Your DEEBOT might not be charging for several reasons. First, ensure that the DEEBOT is switched ON. Second, check that the robot's Charging Contacts are properly connected to the Charging Dock Pins. Lastly, if the battery is completely discharged, try to re-activate it by switching ON the DEEBOT, placing it on the Charging Dock for 3 minutes, removing it, and repeating this process 3 times before charging normally.

      If your DEEBOT isn't cleaning automatically at the scheduled time, there could be a few reasons: * The Time Scheduling function might be cancelled. Use the ECOVACS App to program DEEBOT to clean at specific times. * The DEEBOT might be switched OFF. Ensure it is switched ON. * The battery could be low. Keep DEEBOT switched ON and connected to the Charging Dock to maintain a full battery. * The Suction Intake might be blocked. Power OFF DEEBOT, clean the Dust Bin, and clean the robot’s Suction Intake, Side Brushes, and the Main Brush.
