      If your ECOVACS ROBOTICS Vacuum Cleaner does not clean automatically at the scheduled time, program DEEBOT to clean at specific times using the ECOVACS App. Also, ensure that DEEBOT is switched ON and connected to the Docking Station to maintain a full battery. Power OFF DEEBOT, clean the Dust Bin and invert the robot. Clean the robot’s Suction Intake, Side Brushes and the Main Brush.

      If your ECOVACS ROBOTICS Vacuum Cleaner isn't charging, ensure that it is switched ON. Make sure the robot’s Charging Contacts are connected to the Docking Station Pins. If the battery is completely discharged, reactivate it by switching ON the DEEBOT, placing it on the Docking Station by hand, removing it after charging for 3 minutes, repeating this process 3 times, and then charging it normally.
