      Your ECOVACS ROBOTICS Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT might not be charging due to several reasons: * The DEEBOT is not powered ON. Solution: Power ON DEEBOT. * The DEEBOT has not made a connection with the Docking Station. Solution: Ensure the robot’s Charging Contacts are connected with the Docking Station Pins; manually adjust if needed. * The Docking Station is unplugged while DEEBOT is powered ON, leading to battery drain. Solution: Plug in the Docking Station and ensure DEEBOT is powered ON. Keep DEEBOT on the Docking Station. * The battery is completely discharged. Solution: Reactivate the battery by powering it ON, placing DEEBOT on the Docking Station by hand for 3 minutes, removing it, repeating this 3 times, and then charging normally.

In this case, power ON DEEBOT. * The robot’s battery is low. To resolve this, keep DEEBOT powered ON and on the Docking Station to ensure it has a full battery. * The robot’s Suction Intake is blocked or components are tangled with debris. If this is the case, power OFF DEEBOT, clean the Dust Bin, invert the robot, and clean the robot’s Suction Intake, Side Brushes and the Main Brush.
