  If your DEEBOT isn't charging, there are several things to check: * Ensure the DEEBOT is switched ON. * Verify the Charging Contacts on the robot are connected to the Docking Station Pins. * Confirm the Power Cord is firmly connected to the Docking Station. * Check that the Docking Station is connected to the power supply. If the battery is completely discharged, please contact Customer Care for help.

  If your DEEBOT is having trouble connecting to your home Wi-Fi network, consider the following: * Double-check that you've entered the correct Wi-Fi username and password. * Ensure you have installed the ECOVACS Home App. * Make sure the DEEBOT is within range of your home Wi-Fi signal. * If you've already started network setup, try turning the power switch ON and pressing the RESET Button. The Wi-Fi Indicator light should flash slowly when DEEBOT is ready. * Confirm that your robot is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as it does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

Avoid moving it during cleaning cycles. * The DEEBOT may have been paused for more than 90 minutes. Try to avoid pausing it for extended periods. * The DEEBOT may not have started cleaning from the Docking Station. Ensure it begins its cleaning cycle from the Docking Station.

  There are a few reasons why your DEEBOT might return to the Docking Station before cleaning is complete: * Cleaning time can vary based on floor surface, room complexity, and the selected Cleaning Mode. When the battery gets low, DEEBOT switches to Recharge Mode and returns to the Docking Station. You can turn on the Continuous Cleaning function in the ECOVACS HOME App, so DEEBOT will automatically resume the uncompleted cleaning cycle. * Certain areas might be inaccessible due to furniture or barriers. Tidy up the area by placing furniture and small objects in their place. * The Docking Station may be too far from the center of the house. Place the Docking Station against the wall of a central room.

  If your DEEBOT gets stuck and stops while working, it could be due to these reasons: * The DEEBOT is tangled with something on the floor like electrical wires, curtains, or carpet fringing. The DEEBOT will try to free itself, but if it can't, manually remove the obstacles and restart it. * The DEEBOT might be stuck under furniture with a similar height entrance. Set a physical barrier or a Virtual Boundary in the ECOVACS Home App.

  If your DEEBOT isn't cleaning automatically at the scheduled time, here are a few things to check: * The Time Scheduling function may be cancelled. Program the DEEBOT to clean at specific times using the ECOVACS Home App. * The DEEBOT may be switched OFF. Switch the DEEBOT ON. * The robot’s battery may be low. Keep the DEEBOT switched ON and connected to the Docking Station to ensure it has a full battery.

  If the AIVI Visual Detection Sensor on your DEEBOT isn't recognizing objects, consider the following: * The cleaning area may not be well-illuminated. Smart Recognition requires sufficient lighting, so ensure the areas to be cleaned are well-lit. * The AIVI Visual Detection Sensor lens may be dirty or blocked. Clean the lens with a clean, soft cloth, ensuring the sensor is not blocked. Avoid using detergent or cleaning spray. * The objects may be too close to the AIVI Visual Detection Sensor. The optimal distance for object identification is 50 cm (19.7 inches).

  If water isn't coming out of the Reservoir when your DEEBOT is mopping, check these potential issues: * The water inlet filter on the bottom of the Reservoir may be clogged. Unscrew the water inlet and clean the filter as described in Section 4.2. * The Reservoir may be out of water. Add water into the Reservoir. * The water outlets on the bottom of the DEEBOT may be clogged. Check the water outlets and clean them.
