      If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner doesn't auto-empty after returning to the station: * Ensure the Dust Container Lid is closed. * Install the Antibacterial Dust Bag and close the Dust Container Lid. * Avoid manually moving the DEEBOT or the Auto-Empty Station during cleaning. * Note that auto-emptying is normal when running Video Manager in the App or when Do Not Disturb mode is enabled. * If the Antibacterial Dust Bag is full, replace it and close the Dust Container Lid. * If none of these causes apply, contact customer service.

      If water isn't coming out of the Reservoir when your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner is mopping: * The water inlet filter on the bottom of the Reservoir might be clogged. Unscrew the water inlet and clean the filter. * The Reservoir might be empty. Add water to the Reservoir. * The water outlets on the bottom of the DEEBOT might be clogged. Check and clean the outlets.
