Why is my ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner not charging?

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner isn't charging, first, ensure it's switched ON. Then, check that the Charging Contacts on the robot are properly connected to the Docking Station Pins. Also, verify that the Power Cord is firmly connected to the Docking Station and that the Docking Station is connected to the power supply. If the battery is completely discharged, please contact Customer Care for help.

  If the water isn't coming out of the Reservoir when your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner is mopping, the water inlet filter on the bottom of the Reservoir may be clogged. Unscrew the water inlet and clean the filter. Also, check if the Reservoir is empty and add water if needed. Finally, inspect the water outlets on the bottom of the DEEBOT for clogs and clean them.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner cannot return to the Docking Station, check that the Docking Station is correctly connected. Avoid manually moving the Docking Station during cleaning and pausing the DEEBOT for more than 90 minutes. Ensure the DEEBOT starts cleaning from the Docking Station.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner misses cleaning spots or repeats cleaning the same area, it may be due to small objects or barriers on the floor interfering with the cleaning cycle. Remove power cords and small objects from the floor to ensure cleaning efficiency. Also, ensure that floor wax is dried before DEEBOT starts cleaning. Tidy up the area by placing furniture and small objects properly and remove any objects blocking the TrueMapping Distance Sensor.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner gets stuck and stops, it may be tangled with something on the floor like electrical wires, curtains, or carpet fringing. The DEEBOT will attempt to free itself. If it can't, manually remove the obstacles and restart it. It might also be stuck under furniture. In this case, set a physical barrier or a Virtual Boundary in the ECOVACS HOME App.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner returns to the Docking Station before finishing, it could be due to several reasons. Working time varies depending on floor surface, room complexity, and Cleaning Mode. When the battery is low, DEEBOT switches to Recharge Mode. To resolve this, turn on the Continuous Cleaning function in the ECOVACS HOME App. Also, ensure that the DEEBOT can reach all areas by tidying up any furniture or barriers. Place the Docking Station against the wall of a central room in the house.

  If your ECOVACS Vacuum Cleaner does not clean automatically at the scheduled time, the Time Scheduling function might be cancelled. Program DEEBOT to clean at specific times using the ECOVACS HOME App. Also, ensure that DEEBOT is switched ON and connected to the Docking Station to maintain a full battery.
