Congratulations on your purchase of your new NEMESIS Combo
Amplifier system. This manual will cover all (4) versions of the NEMESIS
Combos. These include the NC-210,NC-410,NC-112,and NC-115.
All of these models currently use the NC-200 Power Amplifier System.
All of us at the NEMESIS factory are totally committed to providing you
with the very best Bass Guitar systems in their class. We hand build
them all right here in the USA.
Our goal is to offer to you, both the outstanding performance quality of a
top notch professional Bass Amplification system and a reasonable price
point. Our goal is to make the Nemesis line such a great value that you
really can't afford not to own one. The NEMESIS operation is solely
owned by EDEN ELECTRONICS, one of the very best Manufacturers of
Fine Bass Amplification equipment in the world .
The NEMESIS products group encompasses an entire array of new
technologies, fabrication techniques, and materials. It is in fact a
revolution in Bass Equipment and manufacturing technology. We have
taken FET power device technology, computer optimized circuit design
and years of research and testing to evolve our new electronics package
( the NC-200). This is a great step forward in performance, reliability,
and value. We have spent years researching new materials and
manufacturing techniques that are both optimum for acoustic enclosures
and friendly to the environment.
We have developed a new and truly revolutionary method of making
loud speaker enclosures. Our new production process allows us to use
recycled wood and paper products in a unique way that is very

Set Up and Getting Started

Initial Set Up

Operation and Description of Controls

Input Jack

Accepts most Bass Guitar output levels, compatible with passive and active basses.

Gain Control / -12dB Pull to Pad

Regulates first amplification stage and system gain; includes a -12dB pad for high output basses.

Active Light and Compressor On/Off Switch

Indicates compressor operation and sweet spot; switch engages/disengages compressor.

Enhance Control

Pre-shape tone control boosting lows/upper mids, cutting mids for quality bass tone.

Quasi-Parametric Tone Control

Adjusts specific frequency ranges (40Hz-10KHz) with boost/cut and on/off switch.

Main Tone Control 3 Band

3-band equalizer (Bass, Mid, Treble) for broad tone shaping, distinct from semi-parametric.

Master Level Control

Sets the final output level to the amplifier, typically set between 9:00 and 1:00.

Headphone Output/Aux. Line Out

Provides headphone output for practice or Aux. line level output when internal speaker is off.

D.C. Indicator

Indicates that the D.C. power supplies are operating properly and the amplifier is on.

Internal Speaker On / Off

Switch to turn off the internal loudspeaker and any connected extension cabinets.

Effects Loop

Line level input/output for effects pedals; Effect Send can also be Aux. line output.

Direct Output

D.I. output for connecting to PA systems/consoles; features level control and ground lift.

Tuner Output

Jack for connecting a tuner; also serves as an additional Aux. output.

Back Panel Features

A.C. Power Inlet/ Fuse

Connection for AC line cord and location of the fuse; specifies fuse type and voltage settings.

Internal Thermal Protection System

Automatic thermal safety system protects the unit from overheating, entering standby mode if necessary.

Heat Sink (Chassis)

The external panel (chassis) acts as a heat sink; unit is designed to run hot.

Heavy Duty Professional Use

Designed for small clubs/medium venues; explains limitations and optional features for extreme use.

External Speaker Output

Jack for connecting an external extension cabinet; compatible with any impedance speaker.
