 Lift the lever up and out of the fixture (4)
 Remove the lever from the rail (5)

 Install the saw belt, see section 22 Assem-
bling the saw belt
 You have now uninstalled the fibre guide (6)
and lever (7)
You can now check both parts for wear and re-
place worn parts as necessary!
Front rail
Take the same steps to disassemble the front
rail of the splitting saw for maintenance pur-
poses.
