6.2 Setting of the ledges/slider clearance
After changing the saw blade or if necessary (see chapter 8, list of malfunctions) the slider clearance on the
ledge must be remeasured and readjusted if necessary.
Check the slider clearance with a feeler gauge (0.02 – 0.06):
Remove the saw blade as described in chapter 6.1.
Loosen the 6 hexagon screws (1) on the lower housing section with a socket wrench (2) and remove the
cover (3) from the housing.
Loosen the two hexagon screws (4) on the ledge (5) on the adjustment side and readjust the slider
clearance via the two threaded pins (6):
Loosening = clearance enlargement
Tightening = clearance reduction
After adjusting the slider clearance, retighten the hexagon screws (4). Mount the saw blade as described
in chapter 6.1 and screw the housing cover back on.
