  If your EGO Lawn Mower stops driving, there are several possible reasons. Try resetting the left or right paddle by pulling it toward you and releasing it. Make sure the status indicator shines green. If driving on rough terrain, the seat safety interlock system might have disconnected; remove the battery and disassemble the seat to check the cable plug connection. Also, ensure your weight is evenly distributed on the seat and is at least 20 kg. If you've accidentally depressed the parking brake pedal, restart the mower. For failure of electronic components of the accelerator pedal, contact a qualified service technician.

First, ensure that the combined amp-hours (Ah) of the installed batteries meet the mower's requirements. Next, check if the PTO switch was left in the up position when the mower was last turned off; if so, push it down and then up to restart the blade motors. The mower may be overloaded; try starting in lower blade speed first. In cold weather, warm up the mower and battery before restarting. Also, if the mower is driving at 'TRAVEL' speed, the blades will automatically stop. If the blade interferes with the deformed mower deck, call EGO Customer Service Center.

Additionally, check your driving and blade speeds; a high driving speed or low blade speed can leave clippings behind. Slow down and increase the blade speed.
