Next, check if the PTO switch was left in the up position when the mower was last turned off; if so, push it down and then up to restart the blade motors. The mower may be overloaded; try starting in lower blade speed first. In cold weather, warm up the mower and battery before restarting. Also, if the mower is driving at 'TRAVEL' speed, the blades will automatically stop. If the blade interferes with the deformed mower deck, call EGO Customer Service Center.

  If your EGO Lawn Mower leaves grass or debris on the ground after mowing, it could be because you're trying to cut too much grass at once, especially if the grass is tall. Start with a high cutting height and gradually lower it. For grass over 152 mm tall, mow twice at successively lower heights. Wet grass can also cause this issue, so avoid mowing when it's wet. Additionally, check your driving and blade speeds; a high driving speed or low blade speed can leave clippings behind. Slow down and increase the blade speed.
